1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Once your flyer has been submitted, and payment has been verified, we will show your flyer on the user postings page 1000 times for $10.00.  

The flyer will scroll along while the user scrolls down the page to ensure that the flyer will always be visible.  

Once the flyer loads on the screen, this will count as a view, and whatever the user decides to do from there is up to him or her.

2. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT

NYPosting reserves the right to modify the terms of service agreement at any time.


3. CONTENT

All text postings and images belong to the original poster, and you will not hold NYPosting responsible for plagiarism of any kind.

NYPosting will not use your e-mail address or content in anyway that may cause damages to you.  Moreover, the content posted belongs to the original poster. 

NYPosting reserves the right to monitor postings that may seem offensive to other individuals on this web site (NYPosting.com).

You are also responsible for proofreading your own content.


7. CONDUCT

You agree not to post,or make available Content:

Violation in any of the terms stated above will result in the immediate discontinuation of deactivation of your membership.

13. REFUNDS

NYPosting.com does not give refunds for flyers.  Once payment has been made, your flyer campaign will begin.
